Build a weekly analytics ritual that sticks
A simple operating cadence for turning raw traffic into conversations your team can act on.

A rhythm you can keep
Analytics fails quietly when it depends on motivation. The fix is a small, repeatable ritual that happens whether or not anyone feels like it. A weekly cadence turns raw traffic into conversations your team can act on.
The fifteen minute review
Pick one time each week and protect it. In fifteen minutes you can read your core signals, note what moved, and write two or three sentences on why. Keep it short enough that skipping it never feels tempting.
What changed since last week?
What did we ship that might explain it?
What is the one thing we do about it?
Write it down where people talk
Post the summary in the channel your team already uses. The point is not a perfect document. It is a running thread that builds context over time, so a number in week six makes sense against week five and week four.
Let the ritual outlast the tools
Dashboards change and metrics get renamed, but the habit of looking, naming, and deciding is what compounds. Keep the ritual small and the barrier low, and it will still be running long after the novelty wears off.
